Operational Language Training

Ready to work on machines, equipment and job sites — explained in the trainee's native language

Structured online sessions with an operational language trainer: we teach the vocabulary and the concepts needed to operate a specific machine or plant safely and correctly — or to work on the construction site.

Not a language course

Focus on technical terms & how things work — straight from your employee's daily work.

Native language as leverage

Explanations in the language your employee actually understands.

Work safely & correctly

Fewer misunderstandings, faster readiness for work.

Who is it for?

Ideal for companies with international specialist and production teams

  • Machines & plants (production, assembly, maintenance)
  • Trades & construction sites (assembly, fit-out, changing job sites)
  • New employees, change of job site or role
  • High time pressure during onboarding
Language barriers cost time and put quality and safety at risk.

At highly specialised workplaces, everyday language skills are not enough. What matters is that employees understand technical terms and instructions — and grasp how machines work and how processes are structured.
